If you are the responsible person for a non-domestic premises, or the common parts of a residential building, the Fire Safety Order requires a suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment — and since the Fire Safety (England) Regulations 2022 it must be recorded in writing. Veris Fire produces the written assessment and the action plan to close out the findings.
In practice, annually for most premises, and immediately after any material change: refurbishment, change of use, a new tenant, altered escape routes or a fire-related incident. Higher-risk sleeping-risk premises are usually reviewed more frequently.
You receive a written report with significant findings ranked by priority and realistic timescales. Where remedial works are needed — emergency lighting, alarm upgrades, fire stopping to service penetrations — Veris Electrical can price and deliver them, so nothing gets stuck between suppliers.
Yes. We carry out private hydrant flow and pressure testing with full reporting. Testing is coordinated with your site so water use and access are managed sensibly.
